Before reaching out for help, run through this quick checklist to troubleshoot:
Basic Troubleshooting Checklist
- Is your Wi-Fi connected and stable?
- Have you tried refreshing your browser or restarting the tool?
- If using a VPN, is it turned on or off depending on what the tool requires?
- Are you logged in with the correct VersaFi credentials?
- Try using Chrome or another browser if one isn’t working
- Clear browser cache/cookies if things aren’t loading properly
- Make sure pop-up blockers aren’t interfering with logins
