Know Who We Are & What We Do
How We Make Money
We earn money through commissions paid by our funding partners (lenders) based on the amount we successfully fund for clients.
Commission Breakdown:
- Our lenders pay us a commission on the funded amount (e.g., 10 points = 10% of funded amount)
- You, as a rep, are paid a percentage of those points (based on your pay structure or tier)
Example:
- Funded Deal: $50,000
- VersaFi earns: $5,000 (10 points)
- Rep earns: $1,500 (if on a 30% split)
We only get paid when a deal funds, which is why it’s critical to qualify leads properly and move them through the process efficiently.
Who We Fund
VersaFi works with a wide range of small and medium-sized businesses, but our ideal client typically:
- Is a U.S.-based business
- Does $10,000–$10,000,000+ in monthly revenue
- Has been in business 6+ months
- Has consistent deposits into a business bank account
- Needs fast capital for growth, payroll, equipment, inventory, or emergencies
We can still help clients with bad credit, existing advances, or who have been declined by banks, depending on the situation.
